1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase our products. If you are under 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian to make any purchases. It is your responsibility to obtain this consent.
3. Refunds and Product Availability
All sales are final. Refunds are not offered except as explicitly described in the product information. Ensure that the product meets your needs before making a purchase. If a product is unavailable after you have made a purchase, we reserve the right not to deliver the product. Refunds in such cases will only be issued if specified in the product description.
4. Modifications and Discontinuance of Services
LeapService reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include illegal activities, promoting illegal activities, posting or transmitting content that infringes on intellectual property rights, spreading malware or viruses, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engaging in activities that disrupt services.
6. Limitation of Liability
LeapService will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeapService and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of any terms of this agreement.
8. PayPal Conditions
Payments must be made using PayPal via the Friends and Family option with no notes attached. Failure to comply with this payment method will result in no product delivery and no refund.
9. Miscellaneous
If our payment accounts (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, ApplePay, etc.) are terminated or locked mid-deal, we are not responsible for any losses. We are not responsible for any loss due to the volatility of cryptocurrencies, nor will we cover any network fees. These are the sole responsibility of the user.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
